Upon signing this agreement and submitting this order, you acknowledge that you hereby accept ,and will honor, that the price is fixed and binding. No discounts, rebates, refunds or price reductions will be considered after order is submitted, and after completion of your order. Any changes you make to the scope of work or material selections will require a written request from you, and additional fees may be applied. You understand that a $100 deposit is required with this order to begin work. Failure to pay this full amount may result in order cancellation and late fees. You also understand that there is a fee charge of $50.00 for any returned check.
